Full Cost Saving Scheme

The FCSS was imagined with the intention of helping those who are often forgotten about. We created an infrastructure that offers Charitable Organizations a real chance to finally have those long-standing, building repairs taken care of.

For example, if your building was running outdated Fluorescent lights and wanted them upgrading to the energy saving LEDs. A traditional quote would entail the Electrical company making profit on both Lights and Labour, that's where we come in.

To avoid the additional charges, we have implemented The FCSS. When we provide you with a quote, we source the absolute cheapest lights whilst maintaining very high standards, and we use our in-house Installers for labour. Next we take the total cost and deduct a further 10% and finally, we would provide you with a Full Cost Savings Report to inform you on which point in time the lights will pay for themselves. 

On average it's a little over 2 years, and that comes with free Test and Certification if required.

This ensures that you will pay an affordable price to reflect your budget, and you don't have to miss out on any repairs. We use the above example as it's one of the biggest money savers. However, we can assist with the majority of repairs / maintenance.
